2. Service description
Minted Tenders aggregates publicly available government procurement and grant data. We make no warranty that the data is complete, accurate, or up to date. Always verify opportunities against the original source portal before submitting a bid.
3. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute our data. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
5. Limitation of liability
Minted Tenders is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on our data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
